G.P.I.'s Stay-Flat™ high performance pallets are designed to remain as smooth and flat as possible when exposed to high temperatures and moisture in production environments. Stay-Flat aluminum pallets have the highest-quality printing surface. They are coated with long-lasting, heat-resistant rubber. G.P.I.'s specially-formulated rubber holds up longer to the extreme temperatures of spot or flash-cure units. Applied to the pallet with heat-resistant adhesive, it can be stripped off and replaced as needed.
Pallet brackets are run 2" from the back and 1" from the front, unless otherwise specified. The front of the bracket has a 45 degree angle.
