Conveyor Belt Tracking System

G.P.I.'s new Belt Tracking System is easy to install on most dryers. The heavy-duty steel rollers fit under the belt and cause the belt to "ride" on track and in place. The angled rollers keep the belt from moving out of place and out of spec, increasing production efficiency and prolonging belt life.

     G.P.I.'s Conveyor Belt Lagging Tape provides a simple, low cost method to guide your conveyor belt through your dryers and to inhibit the "walking' of the belt on the rollers. High temperatures in production, over-tightening of belts, and insufficient belt guidance are among the most common causes of conveyor belts swaying off track and moving laterally.

Use G.P.I.'s lagging tape to control conveyor belt movement. One side of the tape is pressure sensitive and will adhere to your rollers. Install the tape on the rollers at both ends of your drying or curing unit to control belt movement and reduce adjustments.
